Please follow the procedure listed below:
1) Create an account in the system by following the registration procedure (Register)

2) Once you confirm your e-mail and receive your password you should

1. Log in http://www.imedici.mcgill.ca/Login.asp

2. Fill out the appropriate on-line registration/application form. http://www.imedici.mcgill.ca/Users_Module/Priv_Collections_List.asp

3) Usually within one week, we will confirm your registration by e-mail and provide you with further instructions.
